  31. It seems that your Tornado modem does not have the caling tone.
  32. As fare as I remebmer it should be 1100hz for fax communication and
  33. 1300hz for modem/data communication (or was it the other way??)
  34. Anyway if you disconnect your modem from the telephoneline, -> turn
  35. speaker on highes level (ATL3) and the force your modem to use blind
  36. dialing with ATX3 you can hear the calling tone in your modemspeaker.

  40. ATL3X3S6=3DT11

  42. Afther the modem has diale'd the 11 you schould be able to hear
  43. calling tone ("beep" pause "beep")
